LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Last updated 25 September 2026This policy explains what we collect when you visit foundgrowth.net or apply to work with us, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
Who we are
FOUND. is a service operated by Sparkle Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. Where this policy says “we” or “us”, it means that company.
For anything in this policy, including requests about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
What you give us. When you apply for a fit call or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your company name and website, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business, your market and your goals. If you become a client, we also hold the working information the service needs: access to the platforms you grant us, the content and approvals you send, and our correspondence.
What we collect automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics record your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, the pages you open, the site or search that brought you, and the time of the visit.
Cookies. We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, and analytics cookies that tell us which pages are read and where visitors leave. You can refuse the analytics ones without losing access to anything on the site, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
Why we use it
To answer you and to run the fit call you asked for. To deliver the service you are paying for, and to report on it. To send you invoices and service messages. To understand how the site performs so we can improve it. To keep records we are required to keep, and to establish or defend legal claims if that ever becomes necessary.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases are: performing a contract with you, or taking steps at your request before one exists; our legitimate interest in running and improving a small business, weighed against your interests; your consent, where we ask for it, which you can withdraw at any time; and compliance with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Who else sees it
We keep the list of third parties short, and we only share what each one needs to do its job. Today that means our website hosting and domain provider; an analytics provider; email and calendar providers; a payment processor, which handles your card details directly so that we never hold them; and the search, advertising and AI platforms on which we operate your system, using the access you grant us.
Some of these providers process AI requests on our behalf as part of the work. We do not send them more of your information than the task requires.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, and to a buyer or successor if the business is ever sold — in which case this policy continues to apply until it is replaced and you are told.
Where it goes
We are based in Turkey and the company is registered in the United States, so your information is processed outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where we transfer personal data out of those areas, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision where one exists, and we take reasonable steps to check that our providers do the same.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients: up to twenty-four months, then deleted. Client records: for the length of the engagement and six years afterwards, because tax and accounting rules require it. Analytics: up to twenty-six months in identifiable form. Anything you ask us to delete: removed as described below, except where we are required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to limit what we do with it, ask for it in a portable format, or object to our using it on the basis of legitimate interests. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what we did before.
Write to [email protected] and we will answer within thirty days. We will not charge you for this and we will not treat you differently for asking. If you are in the EEA or the UK and you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in California, the same rights apply to you under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.
Keeping it safe
Access to client data is limited to the people who need it, over encrypted connections, with multi-factor authentication on the accounts that support it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise; if a breach affects your personal data and is likely to present a risk to you, we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
Children
This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top, and if the change is significant we will say so on the site. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the current version.
